Refund policy
Please kindly note that all sales with The Magical Christmas Co. are final and therefore non-refundable. Unfortunately we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing, so please check everything before making your purchase.
Faulty / Damaged Goods
We do quality check and control before sending out our all parcels so this will hopefully be avoided however, please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 72 hours, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your item must be in new condition and in its original packaging. We will then require photos and may request the goods to be returned in order to process the refund.
Pre-Order Policy
Please note that a "pre-order' sale is an item that is not yet in stock, however it is available to purchase.
When you purchase an item that is marked as pre-order, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Magical Christmas Co. cannot guarantee an exact date of arrival, we can only give an estimate date.
2. The Magical Christmas Co. is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur. Please take care when placing your order as we are unable to cancel the order once placed and we cannot offer exchange or refund due to the 'pre order' and stock availability.
3. If minimum order numbers not be met for specific pre-order products, this may result in a cancellation of the product. Should this occur, you will be notified and we will discuss alternatives or provide you a refund.
2. Once the pre-order items have arrived at The Magical Christmas Co. warehouse, we will dispatch them to you as soon as possible.
If you wish to purchase in stock items, please do so in a different transaction, otherwise all items will be shipped upon arrival of your pre-order items.
All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified before delivery.
